Online Voting Eligibility Requirements:

• Each active member must be able to log in to their individual ZSO account to vote.
• For Family and Senior Couple accounts, each spouse must have a separate ZSO account (secondary account) with a unique email address, different from the primary account.
• Only one vote is permitted per email address/ZSO account.

If you are unable to attend the meeting in person or virtually, you may nominate someone to vote on your behalf by completing the proxy form.

Please Note:

As per the constitution guidelines in order to attend the AGM on Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 11:00 am (please arrive 15 mins earlier) - the member, themselves or by Proxy - must be in good standing, i.e. have an active membership with ZSO by 10:00 am EDT on Sunday, October 25, 2026.
