Only select ONE option to attend the AGM:
1. Attend in person (walk-in are allowed): Click the registration button below for in-person registration or contact Hoofrish Patel at [email protected]. Attend In-Person 2. Join virtually (Microsoft Teams): Be sure to register in advance using the registration link below. Attend Virtually (Registration Deadline on Saturday, July 19 at 11 am EDT) 3. Submit a Proxy: If you're not able to attend in-person or virtually, you can nominate someone to act on your behalf by completing and submitting a proxy form to the appointed scrutineers listed on the proxy form. You will then receive an acknowledgement message by email or phone once the proxy form is received by the scrutineers. Please Note: As per the constitution guidelines in order to attend the AGM on Sunday, July 20, 2025 at 11 am (please arrive 15 mins earlier) - the member, themselves or by Proxy - must be in good standing, i.e. have an active membership with ZSO by 11:00 am EDT on Sunday, July 13, 2025.
