2. Join virtually (Zoom): Be sure to register in advance using the registration link below.

3. Submit a Proxy: If you're not able to attend in-person or virtually, you can nominate someone to act on your behalf by completing and submitting a proxy form to the appointed scrutineers listed on the proxy form. You will then receive an acknowledgement message by email or phone once the proxy form is received by the scrutineers.

Please Note: As per the constitution guidelines in order to attend the AGM on Sunday, July 7, 2024 - the member, themselves or by Proxy - must be in good standing, i.e. have an active membership with ZSO by 10:00 am EDT on Sunday, June 30, 2024.
