2022 ZSO Annual General Meeting

Inviting all active ZSO members to our Annual General Meeting (AGM). There will be a limited number of 100 seats for in-person attendance.

If you are unable to attend in-person there is a Zoom option available. In order to attend the virtual AGM, you must register in advance with the included Zoom registration link below:

Members can access the 2022 AGM Package online by logging into the website using the link below:

In case a member is unable to attend in-person or virtually, they can nominate someone to act on their behalf. To do so, you must complete a proxy form by mailing, emailing (scrutineer@zso.org), or hand delivering the proxy form received with your AGM package. This must be submitted no later than 11 AM EDT on Wednesday, July 13, 2022.

Please Note: To attend this AGM - the member, themselves or by Proxy - the member must be in good standing, i.e. have an active membership with ZSO by 11 AM EDT on Sunday, July 10, 2022, as per the Constitution. To apply for or renew your ZSO membership go to zso.org/join.
