As COVID-19 continues, your Board has decided to hold this year's Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually via Zoom, similar to the 2020 AGM. In order to attend this virtual AGM, you must register in advance with the included Zoom registration link below:

Members should have received their AGM package with a proxy form that was mailed on Friday, June 25th, as per the Constitution.

While your Board wishes to have members themselves attend the meeting, however, in case a member is unable to attend, they can nominate someone to act on their behalf. To do so, you must complete a proxy form either online OR by mailing the proxy form received with your AGM package by post, following the instructions provided.
Please Note: Please choose, either Register to attend OR submit a completed proxy form. If you have submitted your Registration, please do NOT send a Proxy.
