This is the registration form for the ZSO Children's Religion Classes for the 2020-2021 year. We are accepting registrants born in 2014 or earlier. Registration forms and the online payment must be received by September 6, 2020.

Cost :

Children of ZSO/OZCF members - $ 20/student

Children of ZSO/OZCF non-members - $ 30/student

Late Fee for returning students only (if registering after Sept. 6th) - $10/student

Please ensure that you fill in the e-mail address and inform us immediately if it changes. All notifications will be via e-mail. All classes will be online on Zoom. The West and East end class will be combined online.
