Online Voting Eligibility Requirements:

Each active member must be able to log in to their individual ZSO account to vote.

For Family and Senior Couple accounts, each spouse must have a separate ZSO account (secondary account) with a unique email address, different from the primary account.

Only one vote is permitted per email address/ZSO account.

If you need to add your spouse’s email address to their ZSO account, please contact admin@zso.org for assistance.

3. Submit a Proxy:

If you are unable to attend the meeting in person or virtually, you may nominate someone to vote on your behalf by completing and submitting a proxy form. The form must be sent to the appointed scrutineers listed on the proxy form.

You will receive confirmation by email or phone once your proxy has been received.

Please Note:

As per the constitution guidelines in order to attend the AGM on Sunday, July 19, 2026 at 11:30 am (please arrive 15 mins earlier) - the member, themselves or by Proxy - must be in good standing, i.e. have an active membership with ZSO by 10:30 am EDT on Sunday, July 12, 2026.
